Standard shipping method is by UPS. F.O.B.: shipping point from our warehouse. Shipping and insurance charges are added to the invoice amount.
All payments must be in US dollars. Ordering as per customer specific Quotes - Minimums and payment requirements apply as quoted.
Online (shopping-cart) Ordering - orders within USA and to Canada only may be processed online at this time. For Online orders: Handling and/or Discounts are separate from the shipping charges and apply as listed. Canadian customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs brokerage fees. Orders accepted by Phoenix Enterprises may be cancelled by the customer only upon written consent of Phoenix Enterprises, cancellation charges may apply. At the time an order is placed, the Customer is responsible for providing us with an accurate and complete delivery (shipping) address (po boxes are not allowed). Any applicable fees, assessed by the shipping carrier for an address correction or re-routing, will be charged to the customer. Refused, unclaimed or undeliverable orders/shipments are subject to a 25% minimum restocking fee in addition to the shipping charges for both ways.
All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. All returns must be pre-approved by Phoenix Enterprises. Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns, returns with an authorized RMA number must be received by Phoenix Enterprises within 10 days from the issuance date. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging. Return freight (by UPS) charges must be prepaid by the customer. Returns are subject to inspection prior to credit being processed and maybe subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Phoenix Enterprises makes no warranty as to accuracy or reliability of any information obtained on any of our
internet pages or websites. Phoenix Enterprises is not responsible for typographical errors, mistakes or misprints. We make every effort to keep pricing up to date, but published pricing and discounts are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to final acceptance by Phoenix Enterprises. Phoenix Enterprises expressly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Since Phoenix Enterprises can not control the manner of use of its product after their sale, Phoenix Enterprises will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages, we must expressly limit our liability to the replacement of material purchased or a refund, at the option of Phoenix Enterprises.
