We ship all orders from our Southern California stocking location. All online orders are shipped by UPS. All shipments are subject to UPS's terms and conditions. During the online check-out procedure you will be given an opportunity to choose from the following UPS shipping options: Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air (UPS rate chart based on the weight total of your online order is also provided). UPS freight charges are added to all online orders.
We will make every effort to ship orders the same or next business day. In the extremely unlikely event we are unable to ship your order complete, an email will be sent to you providing all the details and requesting your feedback.
Orders within USA and to Canada only may be processed Online at this time. Canadian customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs brokerage fees (please contact UPS-Canada for details).
